You confirm and promise that you will only submit a photo or video that you own or have the permission to use from the owner of the media or persons appearing in the content.
You agree to only submit content the meets the following Content Guidelines:

Must be personally created by you, and you ensure it does not breach any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
not contain provocative, sexual, violent, or otherwise offensive content
not contain nudity or semi nudity
not contain profanity or obscenities
not contain firearms or weapons or appear to be violent or abusive.
not contain libellous, defamatory, discriminative, or other content deemed offensive.
not contain material that could infringe copyright, including without limitation, images of celebrities, actors, musicians, sports people, cartoons, or other famous people
not contain racial, prejudicial, or discriminatory subject matter
not contain images that show illegal or anti-social behaviour.
not contain nationalistic, political statements or politically motivated messages or symbols

You acknowledge and agree that your personalised image or video will be available for 90 days from the date of order fulfilment. Download option available within the 90 days.
If you upload content that infringes the rights of any person, you will pay any losses, costs, or expenses we (or our suppliers) incur because of possession, printing, modification, or other use of the content.
Skechers reserves the right to refuse and not fulfil your order, if in its opinion believes the content is unacceptable, inappropriate or does not meet our content guidelines. In such instances, Skechers will notify you and request you re-submit your media/order.
Variations in image quality and slight changes in position may occur in the finished product. You acknowledge that the finished personalisation message is dependent on the quality of the image or video submitted by you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your order, including your email and your recipients name and email address. Skechers will deliver the personalised gift card to the email address provided in the order. You agree that the supplied content (including your details) will be used and shared with our suppliers for the management and fulfilment of your order. You grant us and our supplier the right to use, modify, print, store and reproduce the content for the purpose of providing the personalisation service to you. Skechers Gift Cards can be purchased in store and online and are redeemable at any Skechers retail store in Australia or online at www.skechers.com.au/
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the issue date, or until no amount remains on the Gift Card. Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be available for use.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash, reloaded, topped up or used to purchase other gift cards.
The value shown on a Gift Card includes GST.
Gift Cards are partially redeemable and any unused balance can be used for future purchases up to the expiry date.
Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Items purchased using Gift Cards that are subject to our returns or refunds policy will be refunded as store credit. We reserve the right to issue you with a new Gift Card equivalent to the value of your refunded Gift Card purchase.
Should we suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Card, we may refuse to redeem the Gift Card until we are satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time and will provide at least 14 days’ notice by posting the changes on this website. If you contact us within the notice period and do not accept the changes, we can cancel the Gift Card and refund you any value remaining on the Gift Card.
